Limitations of the martingale system

All of the serious methods to win at roulette are based on Martingales.
The martingale technique is as old as the casinos. To ensure that you do not win too much, here is what is systematically put in place in online casinos:


-The most obvious limitation is (or are) the 0 slot. It puts an additional bias in favor of the casino. Thus, even if it only represents 2.6% chance of earning in less, the casino is sure to win if the player plays a long time.

-Then, the casino limits the maximum money you can bet. Thus, in the case of many consecutive losses, the player can not double the wager because it has reached the maximum bet allowed. For example, after 6 consecutive losses with a bet of 1 dollar, you must wager 128 dollars. Usual limit is 300 dollars corresponding to 7 consecutive losses.

-Finally, in order to make you play longer and thus to increase the opportunities that the 0 appears, casinos try to make you play a minimum number of tries. They principally do it through the welcome bonus. Do not be fooled! Attractive bonus offers are conditioned to a minimum sum of wagers (or a number of bets).

Last thing, the limit is also yourself. You'll be tempted to play the luck, or try another casino game. You have to be focused and to remember to leave the table when your profit is up to 200 or 300 dollars. From experience, beyond the amount you'll lose everything.
